mod_status will not provide as many metrics as mod_snmp, but the plugin should fallback to mod_status is mod_snmp is not installed.

2.7.4 includes a new server type "Apache httpd" which collects metrics from mod_status.
However, this hasn't yet been hooked up to auto-discovery so the "Apache httpd" server instances currently have to be created manually.

Implemented for 2.6.30, 2.7.5 and 3.0
